The DarkMesh (MANET K9 Camera) from Dark Systems is housed in a waterproof enclosure, it incorporates a selectable Color Day/Night Camera and Thermal Infrared Camera, a selectable White and Infrared Light, a Strobe Light and is GPS-enabled as well.
The DarkMesh K9 Camera is a high-powered extended range camera system that transmits live video and audio back to the K9 handler.
Receive video/audio in ATAK easily up to 450 meters away from the canine.
Two-way audio on the DarkMesh allows handlers to give commands and listen to a canine and/or suspect, utilizing the “Push to Talk” feature.
The camera mounts to the K9’s vest using molle and Velcro attachments.

This system features a fully integrated, advanced optronic suite built for demanding tactical environments. It includes a high-sensitivity HD color camera with IR responsiveness, a powerful infrared thermal camera, IR illumination, visible white light, and a dedicated strobe mode. All lighting outputs are independently controlled and dimmable from 0 to 100%, allowing precise adaptation to mission conditions. Designed for the DarkFighter K9 Helmet
Designed by Dark Systems, the DarkMesh was designed to be mounted on the DarkFighter K9 Helmet and allow users who are equipped with it to be able to increase the fields of application by using the comfort of the helmet and its payload capacity.
The DarkMesh connects to the helmet's active ear covers to achieve a unique 2-way audio by providing communication of voice commands to the dog's hearing headset, allowing to keep a stealth mode and limiting its noise signature.
Mobile Ad Hoc Network Enabled
Scalable self-forming and self-healing Mobile Ad-Hoc Network (MANET) networks are resilient because they can dynamically find alternate routes and fail-over in case of route failure. User can select between L-Band, S-Band and C-Band Radio Modules. Security of the link is ensured by Crypto Modes: AES256 Encryption and SHA-256 HMAC.
