I have a product suggestion; how do I get Dark Systems to carry it?
We are always searching for new products and product ideas to meet the demands of our customers. The best way to communicate your idea to us is via email - sales@darksystems.com
Please keep in mind our team is constantly developing new features, add-ons and products ourselves and we do get many requests for product and idea reviews. It may take a couple of weeks to respond to you.
Does Dark Systems have a retail store that I can visit and purchase products?
Dark Systems only has one retail location in our headquarters and distribution center in Poland, Europe. At the present time we no have plans to expand our retail operation to include any new locations.
We would like to offer Dark Systems products at our business; what do we need to do?

Orders

Does Dark Systems ship internationally?
Yes! We process international purchases online. International purchases are dispatched every day by FedEx courier. Please visit our Shipping page for more specific information. Shipping Policy
Can I make changes or cancel an order I have just placed?
Unfortunately, we can't change or cancel orders after they have been placed and sent to our production and logistic team. Contact us immediately sales@darksystems.com

Received Part of My Order
Why did some of my items not arrive?
Some items will always be shipped separately due to either size or shipping location.
Neither of the above scenarios applies to my order, now what?
We got you! Please send us a message below and include your order number and what items are missing from your order. If your package arrived damaged, a photo of the damage is also helpful, but not required. We'll do a little research with the carrier to either retrieve or replace your missing items.
When will my order be shipped?
Most orders, if the item is in stock, are typically shipped within 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed. In the event that an item is not in stock, it will be manufactured, and your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days once the item is ready. Rest assured, you will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
Made to Order: Due to high demand, many of our products are made to order. If the items you have ordered are in stock, they will be promptly picked and shipped. However, if the items are not currently available, please expect an approximate lead time of 2-3 weeks. We will notify you when your order is ready to be shipped.
Please note, that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Our standard shipping policies can be viewed here.

The best setup for your activity will depend on your activities and requirements.
The DarkFighter K9 Camera is an affordable entry-price solution for law enforcement. DarkMesh is the state-of-the-art solution designed for special forces (thermal imaging, 2-way audio, ATAK compatible, etc.).

When will something that shows out of stock be back?
We work like dogs to have great gear available but sometimes items are temporarily sold out.

Sizing
What size should I order for my dog?
For Dark Systems K9 Helmets, we always recommend sizing based on your dog’s current head width to make sure they are getting a comfortable and functional fit. A helmet that is sized too large can cause chafing or slipping. We recommend adjusting the helmet or collar to be snug but comfortable.
Most of dogs wear the L size, check the sizing guide for more information, feel free to contact us if you have any additional question or need advice.
