Our muzzles are all Injection molded for enhanced strength and durability while remaining lightweight. Generation IV now comes with aircraft grade aluminum CNC machined clips to provide maximum durability and safety. The GEN4 protective muzzle now sports a completely new aesthetic and above all more volume allowing the dog to pant to the maximum while staying safe for humans.

We use the finest, heavy leather hides sourced and tanned in the U.S. by Wickett and Craig. The leather is laser cut, individually sewn, and hand-finished blending traditional craftsmanship and modern innovations.

DarkFighter K9 muzzles provide maximum comfort to dogs thanks to their design and construction. Designed with K9 handlers and in collaboration with veterinarians, canine and animal experts as animal well-being and safety is our priority. The dog needs maximum space to breathe and pant as well as maximum ventilation for its vital system. Some muzzles are designed for short use whereas others can be worn for a longer period of time.
